Kershia Broughton

Kershia Broughton has a diverse range of work experience. Kershia began their professional career as a Figure Skating Coach at the National Ice Centre & Motorpoint Arena Nottingham in 2012 and held this role until 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to a Fitness Instructor position at Nottingham Trent University for a few months. Kershia then joined Hays as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in temporary and permanent Office Support recruitment within the public sector in Nottinghamshire. After leaving Hays, Kershia worked as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Forsyth Barnes, focusing on Data, Analytics, and Technology contracts in the eTail Division. Kershia later became a Senior Recruitment Consultant at the same company, with a focus on Data, Analytics, and Technology in the eTail USA sector. Currently, Kershia holds the position of Vice President, Talent Search & Consultation- Advanced Analytics & Product - USA Consumer Division at Forsyth Barnes, where they place professionals into consumer-facing organizations worldwide.

Kershia Broughton obtained a BSc Honors degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Nottingham Trent University from 2015 to 2018. Kershia also obtained additional certifications in Marketing Analytics Foundation from Meta and Hiring for a Diverse Workforce Certification from LEARNING247 LTD, both in the year 2023.
