Todd Capehart

Todd Capehart is an experienced professional in IT and technical operations, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Broadband Operations at Fort Collins Connexion since October 2024, overseeing daily call center operations and fostering a culture of excellence among technicians. Previously, Todd held various roles at the City of Garland from 2015 to October 2024, including IT Operations Manager, where responsibility included managing a $20M annual budget and leading End User Computing Support.
