The current leadership team for Fort Wayne Community Schools has experience in a variety of educational settings. The superintendent, Dr. Wendy Robinson, has previously worked as a superintendent at both the McLean County Unit 5 School District and the Dowagiac Union Schools. She also has experience as a principal at Leo Junior/Senior High School. Dr. Robinson received her educational leadership and administration degree from Indiana State University's College of Graduate and Professional Studies. The assistant superintendent, Dr. Shelley Hasty, received her secondary school administration/principalship degree from Indiana University Fort Wayne.
