Stacy Garnand

Stacy Garnand has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Stacy is currently serving as the Managing Director of Operations at Fort West since September 2022. Previously, they held the role of Managing Director at Team Studio from February 2020 to September 2022, where they developed agency processes, service offerings, and team structures to drive business performance. Stacy was responsible for the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and creating annual financial models for planning and budgeting.

Prior to their role at Team Studio, Stacy worked at Roundhouse as the Director of Client Services from October 2018 to February 2020. In this position, they oversaw the Account Team, maintained client relationships, and improved internal processes. Stacy also served as an Account Director at Roundhouse from July 2015 to October 2018. In this role, Stacy defined long-term strategic visions for clients' brands, led the new business team, and fostered innovation and creativity.

Before Roundhouse, Stacy was an Account Director at Pollinate from January 2014 to July 2015, where they established and grew client relationships and successfully managed programs and campaigns. Stacy also worked as an Account Supervisor at Grady Britton from July 2008 to January 2014, counseling clients on integrated marketing strategies and collaborating with department leads across various areas. Prior to Grady Britton, Stacy served as a Sr. Account Manager at Coates Kokes from April 2006 to April 2008, leading annual marketing plans for business-to-business and non-profit clients.

Stacy started their career as an Account Manager at ID Branding from September 2004 to March 2006, leading the global rebrand of Kodak Dental. Stacy also developed campaigns for Microsoft, Kodak Health Imaging, and Intel. Before that, they worked as an Account Manager at Lloyd Maris Advertising from June 2001 to September 2004, managing various client accounts and ensuring project timelines and budgets were met.

With their extensive experience in managing operations, client services, and account management, Stacy Garnand brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role as Managing Director of Operations at Fort West.

Stacy Garnand attended the University of Idaho from 1997 to 2001. During their time there, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing.
