Tracy Tilus is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in various educational roles. Currently serving as an Education Policy Fellow at the Education Reformers Academy since August 2024, Tracy is dedicated to empowering individuals and advocating for education reform. Concurrently, Tracy is an Engagement Manager in Education Policy at Fort Worth Christian School and has held positions such as Elementary Teacher and Substitute Teacher. Tracy was also a Koch Associate at Stand Together, where the focus was on leadership in policy. Previous roles include Research Assistant at the American Enterprise Institute and multiple teaching positions at Jenks Public Schools and Warsaw R-IX School District. Tracy holds a Master of Education in Public School Administration from Oral Roberts University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and English as a Second Language from the same institution. Additional training includes participation in the Washington, DC Policy Scholars Program at Pepperdine University.
