Justin Davis has worked in the IT industry since 2004. Justin began their career as an Information Systems Senior Intern at General Extrusions Inc., where they provided support for 300 users, set up new PCs, and performed security testing and monitoring. In 2008, they took on the role of Bidder Support Analyst / Help Desk at Grant Street Group. The following year, they worked as a POS Deployment Project at American Eagle Outfitters and as a Help Desk at ISGN. In 2010, they worked as an EDI Specialist / Project Manager at HighJump Software, TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group. Justin then worked as a Service Desk Specialist at IBM in 2012, providing internal support and web support for 400 local users and 13 branches. In 2013, they worked as a Product Support Analyst at Zuercher Technologies, delivering customer service and diagnosing, resolving and documenting hardware and software issues. Justin then worked as a Desktop and Network Systems Engineer at Cogistix in 2014 before taking on the role of System Administrator / Business Analyst at Forta Corporation in 2016.
