Arrion Rathsack

Vice President, Programs at Forté Foundation

Arrion Rathsack has a diverse work experience in various educational institutions and organizations. Arrion is currently working at Forte Foundation as the Vice President of Programs, a role they started in December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Programs from March to November 2021. From January 2017 to February 2021, they served as the Director of MBA and Professional Programs at Forte Foundation. Before joining Forte Foundation, they worked at SMU Cox School of Business as an Education Management Consultant and Contractor in 2007 and 2006. Arrion also held the role of Director of Cox MBA Admissions from January 2002 to February 2006. At Texas McCombs School of Business, they worked as the Director of Alumni Relations for the MBA Program from November 2000 to January 2001. Before that, they served as the Associate Director of Alumni Relations for the MBA Program from August 1998 to October 2000. Arrion started their career at Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business, where they worked as the Director of MBA Student Services from August 1994 to August 1998. Prior to that, they worked as an Academic Advisor at University of Phoenix/Apollo Group from May 1992 to August 1994.

Arrion Rathsack began their education at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management in 1988 and completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in General Business in 1992. Arrion then attended Arizona State University from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued studies in Public Administration and Higher Education. In 2002-2003, Arrion Rathsack participated in the Marketing for Marketing Managers Certificate Program at Southern Methodist University.
