Andrea Ducas serves as the Vice President of Programs at the Peterson Center on Healthcare since October 2025, with prior experience as the Vice President of Health Policy at the Center for American Progress from August 2023 to September 2025. Andrea spent over eleven years at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, transitioning from Program Associate to Senior Program Officer, contributing to initiatives focused on improving health and healthcare across the United States. A graduate of Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health with a Master in Public Health in Health Policy and Management, along with an AB in International Relations from Brown University, Andrea's early career included impactful roles at organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, the NYC Office of Citywide Health Insurance Access, and the Center for Family Representation.
