Ivan Hladzilin

Ivan Hladzilin has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Ivan began their career at Synesis in 2012 as a Programmer, where they worked until 2014. Ivan then joined Corporation "Galaktika" as a Programmer for a year. Following that, they worked at Gersis software as a Software Programmer for two and a half years, focusing on mobile app development using technologies like .NET and Xamarin Forms.

In 2017, Ivan started working at Forte Group, where they have held multiple roles. Ivan initially served as a Senior Software Engineer from December 2017 to January 2020, taking the lead on architectural decisions and collaborating with clients for business requirements. Ivan then transitioned to a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead position from January 2020 to June 2022, where they split a monolithic application into microservices and led a team of engineers, ensuring productivity and well-being. As a Team Lead, they also interviewed candidates and maintained communication with clients.

Throughout their career, Ivan has demonstrated strong technical skills in software development, architectural decision-making, and client communication.

Ivan Hladzilin completed their education at the Belarusian National Technical University from 2005 to 2010, earning a degree in "Специалист" in the field of "Интеллектуальные системы".
