Riazul Islam

Riazul Islam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in pricing and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Pricing & Analytics at CSG Forte since 2025. Previous roles include Engagement Manager at Blue Ridge Partners, where Riazul led projects to enhance pricing and commercial strategies for mid-market private equity firms, and Senior Manager of Revenue Operations & Insights at Better.com, where Riazul managed a $100M annual incentive budget. Riazul also served as a Business Strategy Consultant at When I Work, providing strategic insights for market expansion, and engaged as a Fellow with InSITE, assisting early-stage startups and growth-stage companies. Riazul holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the same institution, supplemented by a study abroad program at The London School of Economics.
