Taylor Miller

Taylor Miller, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS, is a dedicated Physical Therapist with a specialization in the treatment of overhead athletes at Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics since April 2021. Previously, Taylor served as a Physical Therapist and Sports Physical Therapy Resident at ATI Physical Therapy from June 2019 to April 2021. Taylor holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Trine University, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution, completed in 2017. Taylor's educational background is further supported by attendance at Concord High School, graduating in 2013.
