Ralph de la Vega is a highly experienced executive with extensive leadership roles spanning multiple companies and industries. Currently serving as Chairman of the Nominating & Governance Committee for Outreach, and as Chairman of De La Vega Group, Ralph also holds positions as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Ubicquia LLC and Chairman of the Audit & Compliance Committee for American Express. Additionally, Ralph is a member of the Board of Directors for New York Life Insurance Company and the Chairman of the Compensation Committee for Amdocs. Ralph's advisory roles include membership on the Board of Advisors for RapidSOS and investment and advisory positions with Play2Pay, Inc. and Forté Ventures. Previous notable positions include Vice Chairman and CEO of Business Solutions & International at AT&T, and President and CEO of AT&T Mobile and Business Solutions. Ralph holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a Doctor of Humane Letters, Honoris Causa from Florida Atlantic University.
