Benedetta Gaias

Benedetta Gaias is an experienced professional in the hospitality and education sectors, currently serving as the Training Manager and Coordinator at the Training&Quality Office at Forte Village Resort since 2012. Gaias also coordinates the Hotel Business School's Executive Master programmes in Five Star Hotel Management and International Hotel Management. Previous roles include Assistente Ufficio coordinamento regionale at CdO Opere Educative Sardegna, Stagiaire at ERSU di Cagliari, and Cultural Management Assistant at the Italian Cultural Institute of New York. Gaias holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Università degli Studi di Cagliari, as well as degrees in International Relations and Political Science from the same institution and Lancaster University.
