Alex Iliescu

Alex Iliescu has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Alex started their career at Pentalog as a Java Intern from February 2017 to April 2017. Alex then joined CGM Software Romania as a Java Intern from August 2017 to October 2017, and later became a Software Engineer from November 2017 to May 2021. Alex then joined Fortech as a Software Engineer from May 2021 to May 2022, and subsequently promoted to the role of Technical Lead from May 2022. Currently, they are working at IT School as a Java Trainer starting from January 2023.

Alex Iliescu received a Master's degree in Computational Linguistics from the Faculty of Computer Science Iasi from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Surveyor Engineering from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași from 2007 to 2011. In June 2023, Alex obtained a certification in "Introduction to Generative AI" from Google Cloud Skills Boost.
