Baban David-Richard

Baban David-Richard has worked as a Java Software Developer at Fortech since November 2022. In this role, they have been working on a real-world project in the field of Internet Banking, using the Spring framework for backend development and various technologies to build software. The project is based on a Microservice Architecture and utilizes Docker Containers orchestrated with Kubernetes.

Prior to Fortech, Baban David-Richard worked as a Software Developer Intern at Netex Group from July 2022 to August 2022. During this internship, they learned about Spring and developed a project using the framework. They also gained experience in database migrations using Flyway and integrated an API Key to access a Movie Database (TMDB).

Before their internship, Baban David-Richard served as a Trainee at Școala Informală de IT from February 2022 to August 2022. In this position, they learned the basics of Java programming language and Spring Framework. They also developed an online shopping web application using Spring for the backend and HTML/CSS for the frontend, with different user roles available.

Baban David-Richard pursued their education at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca. From 2018 to 2022, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Subsequently, they enrolled in a Master's degree program in Computer Software Engineering at the same university, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024.
