Hava Kelman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, financial analysis, and operations across various industries. As the Founder of HAVAYA since 2018, Hava leads all aspects of the business, focusing on vacation home rentals and home design services in the Catskills. Previously, Hava served as VP of Business Development at Telaria from 2014 to 2019, overseeing digital advertising partnerships and analytics. Earlier roles included VP of Business Development at Upfront Digital Media, Business Development Lead at GooodJob, and various positions at MediaMind, Flextronics, and Vertex Venture Capital. Hava holds an MBA in Marketing from Reichman University and a BBA in Finance from The College of Management Academic Studies, along with ongoing studies in Interior Design at Parsons School of Design.
