Kinga Chiş

Kinga Chiş has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Travel Agent at Mosaic Conference Services LTD in 2004. Kinga then worked as a Councilor at the National Authority for Youth from 2005 to 2006. Afterwards, they joined Accord Birou de Turism JSC as an Inbound Travel and Events Department Coordinator from 2006 to 2012.

In 2010, Kinga started working as a Freelance Translator of English and French at Traduceri-Cluj, a role they held until 2016.

In 2016, they joined Fortech as an HR Representative, where they provided HR support in various areas and executed special initiatives and social events for employees. Later on, they took on the role of a Senior HR Talent&Training Specialist at the same company. In this role, they contributed to the design and implementation of a performance review process, developed an internal tool to support performance management, and played a leadership role in coaching and mentoring employees.

Kinga Chiş obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Gheorghe Şincai Highschool between 1993 and 1997. Kinga then attended Babeş-Bolyai University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a BA in Translation and Interpreting. In 2005 and 2006, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration at Babeş-Bolyai University.

In terms of certifications, Kinga Chiş obtained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation in June 2023. Kinga also became a Certified Trainer from HUMANCO in January 2023. In July 2022, they completed the Project Management Program at STAND FOR DEVELOPMENT. Furthermore, in September 2019, they participated in the Coaching Skills Course - GROW People by Coaching offered by STAND FOR DEVELOPMENT. Additionally, they attended the Leadership Academy by Ascendis in September 2018.

In September 2017, Kinga Chiş participated in the Building Leadership Competences - Leading People&Manage Work program conducted by Alternative Training. In October 2016, they took part in Team Coaching Sessions by Ligia Cremene. Kinga also completed the Communication Skills Training by Smart-HR in April 2016.
