Raj B.

Raj B. has extensive experience in the corporate world, beginning in 1998 at GIT Inc. as HR Manager & Admin. In 2005, they joined Exilant as Global Head HR (AVP - HR) and Mphasis (an HP company) as Sr. HR Business Partner. Raj then moved to AGS in 2008 as Board Member and Director G&A. In 2012, they joined Aptean as Board Member and Director - General Administration. Finally, in 2014, they were with Forterro as Board Member and Vice President. During their time at Forterro, they incorporated the India office, sourced and designed the office space, and hired 75 key resources. Raj was also responsible for General Administration, Legal, Human Resource Management, Accounts & Finance, IT Infrastructure and IT Apps, Real Estate, and office Management.

Raj B. began their educational journey in 1995 when they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management Science from KLE College of Engineering & Technology. Raj then went on to receive a PGD- HRM from Bharathya Vidhya Bhavan in 2001-2002, followed by an MBA from University of South Wales in 2002-2004, and finally a MBL from National Law School of India University in 2005-2007. Additionally, Raj B. has obtained several certifications, including the Belbin Team Roles\u2122 Accredited Professional from Belbin Team Roles (UK - Head Office) in March 2010, Certified TEIQ\u2122 Professional from Thomas International, Certified behavioral interview specialist from DDI, USA from DDI | Development Dimensions International, Certified practitioner of the Thomas PPA, HJA from Thomas International, Certified professional behavior analyst, and Leadership development Program.
