Steve Fearon

Steve Fearon has had a long and varied career in the technology industry. Steve began their career as a Programmer and IT Support for IBM in 1990. In 1992, they joined Oracle as Vice President of SaaS Applications for Mid Size Enterprises in Europe, where they held various consulting, pre sales, sales, business development, and management roles. In 2020, Fearon became CEO of Capita Integration Business Solutions and Capita Healthcare Decisions, as well as Chief Revenue Officer for Capita Software. That same year, they also took on the role of CEO Advisor and NED for elementsuite. In 2022, Fearon became President of Northern Europe for Forterro, where they are responsible for the full P&L for the region across sales, marketing, products, and services.

Steve Fearon's education history includes attending the Royal Belfast Academical Institution from 1981 to 1988, Queen's University Belfast from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a BSc in Computer Science, London Business School in 2010 for the Global Business Consortium in Business/Managerial Economics, the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2015 for an Accelerated Executive Insight in Organizational Leadership, and IESE Business School in 2015 for an Accelerated Executive Insight in Business Administration and Management, General.
