Adam Henson

Adam Henson is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in the mining engineering and geology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Mining Engineer at Fortescue since September 2020, Adam has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Mine Geologist, Project Geologist, and Mine Geologist. Prior to this, Adam worked as a Consultant at Higher Capital Consulting from August 2018 to August 2020 and as a Land and Development Consultant at Deverell Smith between September 2017 and August 2018. Adam’s career began at Fortescue Metals Group, where Adam served as Ore Control Coordinator and Mine Geologist from January 2013 to February 2017. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Geology from Curtin University (2009-2012) and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Mining Engineering at UNSW, expected to complete in June 2024.
