Casey Penney

Casey Penney, PE, is a professional mining engineer with extensive experience in the mining industry. Currently serving as a Senior Mining Engineer at OceanaGold Corporation since March 2022, Casey has also held positions as a Mining Engineer and Project Engineer. In addition to this role, Casey is the President of Copper Aviation LLC since March 2020. Previous experience includes working as an Underground Mine Engineer II at Aura Minerals Inc from January 2021 to January 2022 and as an Engineer in Training at DOWL from August 2019 to December 2020, with engineering involvement in various mines such as Stillwater, Golden Sunlight, and the Continental Pit.
