Warren Harris

Warren Harris has extensive experience in project management and delivery within the mining and resource sector. Currently serving as Director of Group Project Delivery at Fortescue Metals Group since February 2014, Warren has held key project director roles, including overseeing the Iron Bridge Processing and Eliwana projects. Prior to this, Warren worked at Project Portfolio Management (PPM) from September 2008 to November 2020, where responsibilities included a project director position. Additionally, Warren served as Site Manager for Karara at Bis Industries Ltd from September 2012 to March 2014, and managed fixed plant operations along with shutdown planning and projects during previous tenure at PPM.
