Julyanna Lima

Julyanna Lima has had a diverse range of work experience. Julyanna began working at UniFil - Centro Universitário Filadélfia in 2017 as a Secretário auxiliar. In this role, they worked as an assistant secretary until February 2020. Julyanna then moved on to Instituto Cultural Londrina, where they worked as a Professor de inglês como segunda língua from February to July 2020. In 2020, they also worked at Amcor as an Estagiária de psicologia, gaining experience in psychology until February 2021. From February 2021 to November 2021, Julyanna worked as an Assistente de RH at Oktagon Games, where they were involved in recruitment and selection in the technology and gaming industry, as well as employee onboarding and performance management. Julyanna then took on the role of Analista de RH at Oktagon Games from November 2021 to March 2022, where they focused on recruitment and selection, alignment of job requirements with leaders, and applied the Sólides method (DISC + People Analytics). Currently, Julyanna is working at Fortis Games as a People Team - Engagement Specialist since March 2022.

Julyanna Lima completed their undergraduate degree in Psychology from UniFil - Centro Universitário Filadélfia, graduating in 2021. Additionally, they pursued a technical course in Human Resources at the same institution from 2018 to 2019.
