Dr Mohit Sharma

Dr Mohit Sharma has extensive experience in the field of medical oncology. Dr Mohit is currently serving as the Head of Medical Oncology at Fortis Healthcare since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Unit Head at Venkateshwar Hospitals from August 2019 to August 2020. Dr Mohit also worked as a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Columbia Asia Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. from January 2017 to 2018. Dr Mohit has worked as a Consultant Medical Oncology at Fortis Escorts Hospital, Faridabad from November 2015 to November 2016 and at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon from September 2014 to October 2015. Dr Mohit gained further experience as a Senior Fellow in Medical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai from July 2012 to July 2014. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Resident in Medical Oncology at Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi from June 2009 to June 2012. Dr Mohit also worked as a Senior Resident in Internal Medicine at Sahara Hospital, Lucknow from September 2008 to May 2009. Dr Mohit Sharma obtained their MD in Medicine from Govt Medical College, Jammu in 2008.

Dr. Mohit Sharma completed their Post Doctoral Fellowship in Medical Oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Internal Medicine from Govt Medical College in Jammu from 2005 to 2008. Dr Mohit completed their MBBS from Govt Medical College in Jammu from 1998 to 2004. Finally, they finished their secondary education at Army Public School in Lucknow, where they obtained their Class 10th-12th degree from 1995 to 1997.
