Eric Hunt

Eric Hunt is the current Senior Finance Director at Fortis Life Sciences. Eric has over 9 years of experience in finance, plant controller, and manufacturing.

Eric started their career at GE Oil & Gas in December 2011 as a Financial Planning & Analysis - Income Statement Leader. Eric was with the company for 4 years and 7 months before moving on to Panametrics, a Baker Hughes Company, in June 2016. At Panametrics, Eric served as the Plant Controller. Eric was responsible for managing all financial aspects of the day-to-day operations including operational planning, variance analysis, inventory costing and monthly closing process. Eric actively supported the Plant Manager, Material and Sourcing teams ensuring tight financial controls and alignment with HQ targets and initiatives while managing on-site and remote employees. Eric was also in charge of the preparation and review of all productivity metrics, quarterly balance sheet analysis, account reconciliations, annual operating plans and quarterly estimates with variance walks.

In December 2020, Eric left Panametrics to join Fortis Life Sciences as their Senior Finance Director. In this role, they are responsible for leading the finance team and providing strategic financial direction for the company.

Eric Hunt graduated from Nichols College with a BBA in Accounting.
