Jim Cooke has a wealth of experience in the utilities industry, having worked at FortisAlberta as a Manager for Distribution Load Planning. Prior to this role, Jim held various engineering and managerial positions at Manitoba Hydro and Winnipeg Hydro. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Manitoba and a Certificate in Applied Management: Utilities Management.
