Yuanting Liu, PhD has a strong background in human-centered engineering, product management, and user experience. They have held various roles in several companies, including Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München as a lecturer, fortiss as the Head of Human-centered Engineering, and Deutsche Telekom Healthcare as a Product Manager in Telematics & Telemedicine. They also worked at Deutsche Telekom AG as a Senior Manager in Terminal User Experience, Siemens Corporate Technology as a Consultant & PhD, BenQ Mobil as a User experience specialist & PhD, Siemens Mobile as a User experience specialist, and KirchMedia in PR.

Yuanting Liu, PhD, obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Computational Linguistics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. This degree was earned from 2000 to 2005. Following this, Dr. Liu pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Media Informatics (Human-Computer Interaction) from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, completing the program from 2007 to 2012.
