David Nichter is the current General Manager of 45 Jermyn St. at Fortnum & Mason. David has previous experience as an Assistant General Manager at Villandry St James and an Assistant Maitre'd at Corbin & King, The Delaunay. David has been with Fortnum & Mason since August 2015 and was part of the opening team at 45 Jermyn St restaurant. David's responsibility was liaising with the F&B Director on successful re-opening of the store’s flagship restaurant, formerly, The Fountain. David hired all front of house team, co-created and implemented the training program, co-wrote handbook, oversaw purchasing, created service structure, wrote and designed wine list.
David Nichter has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Pécs. David also has certification from The Skills Network in Mental Health Awareness, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health in Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace, and Level 2 Award in Fire Safety Principles, HUNTERS & FRANKAU LIMITED in Certificate on the manufacture, storage and service of Habanos, Wine and Spirit Educatin Trust in Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits, and Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits.
