Jake Lavrenko

Jake Lavrenko is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management, spanning roles from Senior Software Developer to Head of Engineering. Currently leading the engineering efforts at Forto, Jake oversees multiple teams in developing a transport management system aimed at enhancing global trade. Previous positions include Software Development Manager at Amazon, where responsibilities included managing a multinational team and delivering billing solutions for AWS customers, and co-owning GEMVAL, where technology strategy and product development were primary focuses. Jake's entrepreneurial spirit was also evident as the founder and CEO of Dot Seven Ltd, a bespoke software development company. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, alongside other studies in graphic design and business.
