Stephanie Avery

Stephanie Avery has a diverse work experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Stephanie started their career in 2001 as a Mortgage Loan Consultant at Community State Bank and worked there until 2006. Stephanie then joined Liberty Bank as a Mortgage Loan Consultant and later transitioned to Horizon Bank in 2007, where they worked as a Mortgage Loan Consultant until 2008. Stephanie joined West Bank in 2008 as a Vice President Residential Mortgages and remained in that role until 2014.

In 2014, Stephanie joined Lincoln Savings Bank as a Vice President, Regional Mortgage Manager. Stephanie held this position until 2019 when they moved to Peoples Bank as a VP Regional Mortgage Manager. In 2020, Stephanie joined Fortress Bank as a Vice President Mortgage Manager, where they currently work.

Throughout their career, Stephanie has gained extensive knowledge and experience in mortgage management and has worked in various leadership roles.

Stephanie Avery's education history includes obtaining an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business from Iowa Central Community College. Stephanie attended this institution from 1996 to 1998. Following their time at Iowa Central Community College, Stephanie continued their education at Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. Stephanie attended Iowa State University from 1998 to 2000.
