Adhuv Prinja has a strong background in legal and financial restructuring. Adhuv started their career as a Trainee Solicitor at White & Case LLP in 2012, where they gained experience in various practice areas such as project finance, corporate M&A, financial restructuring, and banking. Adhuv later became an Associate at the same firm, focusing on advising clients in major restructuring cases, including one of the world's largest offshore drilling companies and the failed Icelandic bank, Kaupthing.

In 2017, Adhuv joined Oak Hill Advisors as a Legal Secondee, where they provided legal advice to the distressed and performing investment teams on various transactions such as European real estate deals and corporate restructurings. Adhuv also worked as a Secondee at Centerbridge Partners, L.P. in 2021, specializing in credit, distressed strategies, and special situations. Most recently, Adhuv served as Vice President Legal at Fortress Investment Group, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Adhuv Prinja has demonstrated expertise in advising on complex restructuring cases and has worked with major financial institutions and international clients.

Adhuv Prinja earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they attended BPP Law School from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained an LPC degree in Law. Prior to their college education, they attended King Edward's School in Birmingham from 2001 to 2007.
