Anastasia Davis Bondarenko

Anastasia Davis Bondarenko has a diverse work experience in the legal and arbitration field. Their most recent role is Senior Vice President - Legal Assets at Fortress Investment Group, where they started in November 2021. Anastasia has also served as a Board Member - Co-chair at CFA40 (Comité français de l'arbitrage) since July 2020, and as a Board Member at Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners (YCAP) starting from December 2022. In addition, they have been involved with ICC Canada, serving on the ICC Canada Nominations Commission since November 2021, and as the France Liaison for the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee starting from April 2021. Before joining Fortress Investment Group, Anastasia held various positions at Vannin Capital from March 2018 to November 2021, including Managing Director and Associate Director. Anastasia also worked as an Associate at Three Crowns LLP from May 2014 to March 2018. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Trainee at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2013, and as a Stagiaire at Salans from January 2013 to April 2013. Anastasia's earlier career includes working at the UNDP as part of the Legal Support Office, Bureau of Management from August 2011 to February 2012.

Anastasia Davis Bondarenko has a diverse education history in the field of law. Anastasia received a DEC with Distinction in Law and Social Justice from Marianopolis College in 2005. Anastasia then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the Université de Montréal from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they attended the Paris-Pantheon-Assas University in 2008, though no degree is specified for this period. In the same year, they completed their Formation Professionnelle at École du Barreau du Québec in Droit. Anastasia later obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Common Law from the University of Ottawa from 2009 to 2010. Anastasia furthered their education with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International and European Law from the University of Geneva, which they completed in 2011. Finally, in 2015, they attended the Hague Academy of International Law to study International Public Law / International Private Law.
