Christina Mancini Catera has a diverse work experience in various roles. Christina Mancini currently holds the position of Vice President - Capital Formation Group at Fortress Investment Group since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Cushman & Wakefield as an Operations Director from September 2013 to March 2020. In this role, they supervised a team of over 80 employees across fifteen offices, overseeing the provision of debt, equity, and investment sale advisory services for commercial real estate. During their tenure, the team completed 260 transactions worth $21 billion. Before their time at Cushman & Wakefield, they served as the Director of Business Development at Ric-Man Construction, Inc. from August 2010 to December 2011. In this position, they managed the bidding process for a heavy civil construction company, leading the request for proposal process and securing an $87 million design-build project with the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department.

Christina Mancini Catera completed their B.A. degree in Political Science and Italian at the University of Michigan, from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued an MBA at Columbia Business School from 2012 to 2013.
