Emma Kauppi is an experienced professional with a strong background in IT service management, product development, and marketing. Currently serving as a Service Manager for M365 & AI governance at Fortum since January 2019, Emma oversees the governance and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, focusing on compliance and organizational efficiency. Previous roles include managing IT development tools, collaborating on supply chain IT solutions, and engaging in marketing for construction collaboration software at Trimble Inc. and Tekla. Emma holds dual Master's degrees in Technology with a specialization in Information Networks from Aalto University and Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
