Lena Holmer has an extensive work experience in various HR roles. Lena started their career at Siemens as an HR Partner in 1991 and later joined KPMG as an HR Manager in 1998. In 2007, they joined Fortum as Vice President of HR Portfolio Management and Trading, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they held the position of Vice President HR in the Power Division of Fortum, overseeing HR-related areas for a range of power generation and operations services. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Vice President HR at Fortum People Services, leading a centralized and shared HR service organization with a team of 30-35 employees. Lena'smost recent role at Fortum, which they held from 2019 until the present, is Vice President HR for Business Technology, where they are responsible for building and implementing an HR shared service function to optimize resources, processes, and systems. Overall, Lena Holmer has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in HR throughout their career.

Lena Holmer completed their M.Sc Bachelor degree in Human Resources from Stockholm University between 1987 and 1991.
