Teemu Nieminen

Teemu Nieminen is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Project Execution at Fortum since June 2018. In this role, Teemu leads significant initiatives, including the Fortum-Microsoft datacenter heat recovery project and the Espoo Clean Heat decarbonization program. Previously, Teemu held positions at Fortum as Manager of Project Management and Project Manager, focusing on investment projects within Finnish CHP and district heating/cooling systems. Earlier career highlights include a tenure at Helen, where Teemu served as Group Manager/Process Engineer and Project Manager, enhancing the efficiency and reliability of major power plants.
