Tiia Doyle

Tiia Doyle is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Business People Partner at Fortum since November 2022, Tiia has held key HR roles including Regional HR Manager for Van Cleef & Arpels Middle East at Richemont, HR Business Partner at DB Schenker for the Middle East and East Africa, and HR Business Partner at First Abu Dhabi Bank. Previous positions also include HR Manager for Qatar & Bahrain at Degremont, HR Manager at Cargotec, and HR Officer at Emaar Hospitality Group. Tiia began the career in HR as a Business Analyst in HR Shared Services at Royal Bank of Scotland International and has further experience as an HR Officer at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels.
