Jocelyn Zappala

Jocelyn Zappala has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and industries. Jocelyn began their career at Albion College as an Admission Counselor before advancing to the role of Assistant Director of Admission. At Whirlpool Corporation, they held various roles including Employee Experience Lead, Human Resources Manager/Business Partner, and Organization Development Manager. Jocelyn then joined Owens Corning as a Human Resources Leader, progressing to the positions of Human Resources Regional Leader and eventually Human Resources Director. Currently, they are employed at Fortune Brands Innovations as a Human Resources Director. Throughout their career, Jocelyn has demonstrated expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and driving business partnerships.

Jocelyn Zappala obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Albion College in 2004. Jocelyn also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) - Executive degree from Bowling Green State University from 2013 to 2015.
