Leah Vanlear

Leah VanLear currently serves as the Director of the Transformation Management Office at Fortune Brands Innovations, a position held since April 2023, where responsibilities include partnering with the business to accelerate transformative programs. Prior to this role, Leah was the Group Manager of Business Process Optimization at Fortune Brands Global Plumbing Group from October 2017 to April 2023, successfully leading an SAP-ERP implementation and managing training for new users. Leah also held the position of Senior Business Process Improvement Manager, developing frameworks for enhancing business processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Moen Incorporated as a Quality Data Engineer and Associate Product Engineer, as well as working as a Design Reliability Technician at Belcan. Leah holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, completed in May 2011.
