Mike Schum

Mike Schum has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mike started their career at Ford Motor Company in 1994, where they held roles as a Product Design Engineer and a Manufacturing Process Engineer. Mike then joined Magna International as a Business Manager for Decoma Exterior Systems, from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they moved to Moen Incorporated and took on various positions, including Senior Project Manager, Director of Global Operations, Director of Global Sourcing, Group Manager - Target Marketing, and Senior Director of North American Product Development. Mike worked at Moen until 2019 when they joined Fortune Brands Global Plumbing Group as Vice President of Product Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Product Development: Project Management at Fortune Brands Innovations, starting from 2022.

Mike Schum completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Detroit Mercy. Mike then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
