Samir Shah

Samir Shah has extensive experience in information systems and technology. Samir began their career in 1993 as an Assistant Manager at Steelco Gujarat Limited. From there, they worked as a Software Engineer at Engineers.com Inc and Everest Technologies, Inc. In 2000, they became the Director of Information Systems & PMO at Thread Information Design. In 2003, they also served as a part-time IT Instructor at Owens Community College. In 2005, they joined Masco Cabinetry as the Director of Information Systems, where they played a key role in implementing Oracle EBS R12 as part of a business transformation program. In 2011, they became the Chief Information Officer at Fortune Brands Innovations, and later assumed the role of Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer.

Samir Shah has a BS degree in Engineering from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Samir then earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2004. In the same year, they also completed Six Sigma Black Belt training from Six Sigma Advantage. Furthermore, Samir pursued an Executive MBA program at Bowling Green State University from 2010 to 2011.
