T J Manion has over 17 years of experience in industrial design. T J currently serves as the Director of Industrial Design, Outdoors & Security and Connected Products at Fortune Brands Innovations. Previously, they held the role of Principal Industrial Designer, Innovation at Fortune Brands Water Innovations. Before that, they worked as a Senior Industrial Designer at Moen Incorporated. T J has also served as an Industrial Designer at TTI Floor Care North America, where they played a crucial role in setting the direction for the company's brands and developing innovative products. Prior to that, they worked as an Industrial Designer at The Step2 Company and gained experience in concept development, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and sales. T J started their career as an Industrial Design Intern at companies such as Ethicon, Inc., Brooks Stevens, Inc., Eleven, LLC, and Nottingham Spirk. T J'sdiverse experiences have given him a strong foundation in the creative process and an ability to work with a wide range of industries and clients.

T J Manion obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati between 2001 and 2006.
