Andrea Lee

Andrea Lee has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on benefits administration and digital talent management. Andrea most recently worked at Fortune Brands Innovations as the Senior Director of HR Transformation & Employee Experience. In this role, they led the team in developing and deploying digital talent attraction and retention strategies. Prior to this, Andrea held various HR roles at Fortune Brands Innovations, including HR/Talent Partner and HR Product Owner/Scrum Master. Andrea also has experience as a Benefits Director and Manager, where they were responsible for designing and administering competitive benefits programs. Before joining Fortune Brands Innovations, they worked as a Benefits Manager at Covenant Retirement Communities and a Benefits Analyst at Navigant. Andrea began their career as a Benefits Coordinator at YMCA of Greater New York and US Foods.
