Tara Smith

Tara Smith has extensive work experience in HR, primarily in leadership roles. Tara was the Vice President Human Resources at Medxcel Facilities Management from June 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of HR at OPENLANE from July 2020 to June 2022 and as the Regional Director of HR from December 2016 to July 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director, HR - Tech, Digital, Global Growth & Development at Fortune Brands Innovations since March 2023.

Tara Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between the years 2002 and 2007. Tara also holds the certifications of SHRM-CP from SHRM, which was obtained in 2015, and PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which was obtained in 2009.
