Chitanya Karri has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Chitanya most recently worked as the Vice President of Global Strategic Sourcing at Fortune Brands Home & Security, where they led the sourcing and supplier quality efforts for the Outdoors & Security Division. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Director of Global Strategic Supply Chain at Tennant Company, where they were responsible for various aspects of the supply chain, including direct material sourcing, indirect sourcing, and global transportation. Before that, Chitanya held multiple roles at Polaris Inc., including Director of Strategic Sourcing and Manager of NPI Sourcing, where they oversaw the development and execution of sourcing strategies for various materials and components. Chitanya also worked at United Technologies as the Manager of Commodity Management and at Infosys Technologies Limited as a Project Leader. Chitanya began their career at Cummins India, where they participated in a leadership rotation program and gained experience in various departments. Throughout their career, Chitanya has demonstrated a strong track record of driving supplier performance, implementing cost management strategies, and leading cross-functional teams.

Chitanya Karri holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science & Engineering from the Government College of Engineering Aurangabad. Furthermore, they have additional certifications in areas such as Leader Development from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Project Management / Information Technology from Harvard Extension School, and Oracle Certified Professional - Oracle Internet Application Developer Rel. 6i from Oracle.
