Mona Chen

Mona Chen has a strong background in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing. Mona currently holds the position of Senior Director, Global Indirect Procurement at Fortune Brands Innovations, where they lead the transformation journey and develops category strategies to optimize and reduce indirect spend across the company. Prior to this, Mona worked at Schneider Electric where they served as the Global Indirect Procurement Director and led the conceptualization and deployment of Indirect Procurement Centers of Excellence hubs.
