David S. Youn

David S. Youn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. David S. started their career at Accenture as a Management Consultant, where they advised Fortune 100 companies on improving business performance and growth strategies. David S. was promoted to Engagement Manager and consistently ranked in the top 10% among their peers.

David then ventured into entrepreneurship, working as an Entrepreneur at a startup before joining Microsoft Corporation as a Product Manager. David S. later transitioned to Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles including Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager, and Senior Brand Manager. David S. successfully turned around declining businesses, repositioned brands, and launched new product innovations.

Following their time at Procter & Gamble, David joined Samsung Electronics as Vice President of Global Home Appliances, where they led global go-to-market and retail management efforts. David S. turned around underperforming regions and implemented successful sales and marketing operations.

Most recently, David served as President for the Outdoors Business Unit at Fortune Brands Innovations, overseeing brands such as Therma-Tru, Larson, and Fiberon. David S. also served as President for the Security Business Unit, responsible for brands such as The Master Lock Company. David S. achieved all-time P&L records in two consecutive years and transformed the strategy, operations, and performance of the company.

Currently, David serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Window & Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA).

David S. Youn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Stanford University, which they completed in 1994. David S. later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing and General Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2004.
