Nicole Decker has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nicole started their career as an Auditor at KPMG US in 1997. From there, they transitioned to Tupperware Brands, where they held various roles, including Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, Vice President of Investor Relations, Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Development, Consolidation Reporting Manager, and Internal Audit Manager/Senior Internal Auditor. Nicole'sresponsibilities at Tupperware Brands included leading global strategy development, managing investor relations, and overseeing strategic planning and business analysis. In 2021, Nicole joined Fortune Brands Water Innovations as Senior Vice President of Global Growth and Development, focusing on driving strategic initiatives and corporate development. In 2022, they moved to Fortune Brands Innovations as Senior Vice President of Transformation, where they are responsible for advancing the organization's strategic transformation and aligning processes and technology to support growth.
