Jorge Rascon

Jorge Rascon has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry. Jorge most recently served as the Vice President of Operations - Security & Emtek at Fortune Brands Innovations. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Operations at the same company.

Before joining Fortune Brands Innovations, Jorge worked at The Master Lock Company, where they held various roles including General Manager, Plant Manager, and Technological Platforms and Innovation Manager. In their role as Technological Platforms and Innovation Manager, they led a multidisciplinary team focused on developing new platform technologies for intelligent manufacturing, product development, and organizational functionality. Jorge also served as a Design Engineer during their early years at The Master Lock Company.

Jorge began their career as a Research Engineer at Oklahoma State University.

Jorge Rascon completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad La Salle Noroeste, A.C. between 2005 and 2010. Jorge then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biomechanical Engineering at Oklahoma State University from 2010 to 2012. Lastly, between 2018 and 2020, Jorge completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Universidad Anáhuac.
