Samir Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Samir started their career at Steelco Gujarat Limited as an Asst. Manager and worked there for six years. Following that, they worked as a Software Engineer at both Engineers.com Inc and Everest Technologies, Inc. In 2000, they joined Thread Information Design as the Director of Information Systems and PMO, and stayed there for five years. In 2005, Samir became the Director of Information Systems at Masco Cabinetry, where they were responsible for leading a multi-million-dollar ERP enabled Business Transformation program. Samir successfully implemented Oracle EBS R12 at corporate, 5 plants, and 16 service centers. From 2011 to 2012, Samir served as the Chief Information Officer at Fortune Brands Innovations, and later became the Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer in 2013. Samir also taught part-time as an IT Instructor at Owens Community College from 2003 to 2005. Overall, Samir has demonstrated experience and expertise in information systems, project management, and business transformation.

Samir Shah completed their BS degree in Engineering from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University between 1988 and 1992. Samir later obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute, PMI in 2004. In 2004, they also earned a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Six Sigma Advantage. Lastly, they pursued an Executive MBA at Bowling Green State University from 2010 to 2011.
